Well, I'm going to learn all that stuff I didn't learn in undergrad. I'm thinking about upgrading my account to paid, so I can start experimenting with this "embedding a livejournal in a webpage" thing, and other stuff. Then I read the help and I realized to do this in a nonframes/java way I'd have to learn scripting languages! Ackk! Well, I mean, I have nothing against learning PHP really. I figure if some of the people I knew working at Carleton for computer services could do it, I could do it. But really. Sometimes I think the learning will never end. Or slow.
I have book reviews to write. A movie program to promote, plan, and staff. Two grad school classes. Job applications to write. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I can't remember the last time I had a whole day off to just window shop and go to the coffeeshop and write poetry with nothing hanging over me. It's a good thing being married makes me so revoltingly happy and mellow, or I don't know how I'd deal.
Anyone know a good website for starting to learn about the technology behind blogs and the basics of php?
*sigh*
