Books - anticipatory - Melissa Marr

There's a longish short story with the characters from Melissa Marr's Ink Exchange that's available for free - well, half free now and half free next week, as a teaser for her next book.

And I'm full of joy about this (just read through), and really looking forward to Radiant Shadows.

The brooding emotion quotient is extremely high in these books, but for me the way they use faery and magic as metaphorical terrain while also giving both space for their own internal logic rings compellingly true.
