Cons - 4th Street

Dear friends,

I will not be making it to 4th Street this year, which saddens me, but I have an un-sad reason!
Assuming that the underwriting goes well (the last major checkpoint to go), my husband and I are buying a house at the end of July.
And it just seems like financially, that's where most of our discretionary income for the next few months needs to go.

I hope that you all have a wonderful time there and fully plan to join you next year.
