Crank - movie sadness

I loved both Transporter movies. I'm a big fan of movies where cars go fast and things go boom. But Crank was so so disappointing. Largely because it represented 40 years of retrograde progress in the whole "women can be people" thing. Possibly the most sexist piece of entertainment I've watched in a long time. Worse than a David Mamet play. *sigh* and there wasn't even a decent moment of character development. I only ask for about 120 seconds total of character development in a movie like that, but this one was lacking even 60 seconds. *sigh*....
