writer on sexuality: Andrea Nemerson

I know I've said this before, and linked to her before, in several forums, but I just wandered over to the San Francisco Bay Guardian's website for old time's sake and discovered that alt.sex.column ended its run last month.

So, if reading witty, humane, and generally kind-hearted as well as intellectually curious writing about sex is your thing at all, consider going and binging on the archives.

She made my teenage years much nicer than they might otherwise have been.  (Well, and I was also pleased by the Sex Education Web Ring, and Nerve, and Clean Sheets.  But Andrea Nemerson has a Cynthia Heimel-esque big sister place in my heart.)
