Yay! J. Fixed my computer

Ok, so, inexplicably my computer started squeaking last week. A horrible, high pitched sort of "eee, eee, eee" that went on and on and forced me to work with headphones always on and music playing to avoid the headache of death.

J, being the standup kind of guy that he is (and possibly motivated by my inordinately annoying whining) decided that "something must be done" as Cecelia from Ms. Wrede and Ms. Stevermer's "Sorcery and Cecelia" would have it. So he backed up all my data and did a harddrive wipe and spent the last two days reinstalling stuff.

And the evil squeaky noise is gone. Who knows why, who knows how. Squeak bad, squeak gone, and I am happy.
